Pannekoek is a quirky Tripel with a slight sweetness. A rich malt and wheat deposit gives this beer its full-bodied character. To make the beer even more Veenser, we added our own homegrown hops.

It is a refreshing, smooth and richly flavoured beer made with the baobab tree fruit. Also called the tree of life. This tree can only be found in southern Africa. The trees are thousands of years old and have a delicious citrus-like fruit. In the glass, the beer has a beautiful golden, bright colour with creamy texture. The aroma of fresh hops, together with the taste of fruity citrus notes from the baobab tree fruit, make this beer ideal for nice summer days.
